KB here, kbkittie on devART, that one chick with the gremlin.

I've been roleplaying for a while, I used to eat/sleep/breathe/live some turn-based roleplaying (think my friend and I scribbling it down in notebooks when we weren't online; I have oodles of books filled) and I've luckily calmed down enough to have an actual life. ;]

Haven't done forum roleplays, I think I tried once but the style was so different from what I was used to that I shied away from it altogether. This forum, however, looks to be a bit easier for someone who is quite rusty.

I do the drawing thang (when I have time!), read comics and novels galore, play video games sparingly, and enjoy movies and TV when I'm not at school or work. Or doing chores. :P

I think that's a good intro, don't you?

Forum rps are quite easy, they're like writing but only from your character's point of view and then the other person responds ect.

Heheh, hi! And indeed; it's forum versus my usual instant messenger roleplays - time between posts, rolling dice, rules as to who posts when, multiple participants, etc - that I'll have to get used to. ;]

Rules maybe, but there isn't any rolling of dice and who posts when is fairly easy as it's first come first serve unless noted otherwise.
The only real difference is the fact that you have to wait longer for a reply.
