Name/Nickname:
Tali Metaxas-Zabat
Age:
24
Gender:
Female
Height:
about 5’5
Weight:
125 pounds
Alignment:
ooo... tough... somewhere between Lawful good and Neutral Good? Tali will almost always ultimately follow her moral compass, even when it goes against the law, but she’s not really the type to feel comfortable with going against authority figures, and only goes against the law when absolutely necessary , and very reluctantly. She’s generally of the mindset that law and law officials = good, and when it’s proven that sometimes the law and what’s right don’t always coincide, it bothers her.
Affliction:
A devourer class demon attempted to posses Tali, however someone intervened and managed to halt the possession; the demon is currently sealed within Tali’s right eye.
Nationality:
She’s always lived in and around the Bridgeport area, however she’s of Greek descent.
Occupation:
Tali owns and operates a bookstore
Skills and Abilities:
Tali’s got a great memory, particularly for literature, she’s also quite a good speed reader.
Weaknesses:
Crowds of large people (or even small groups of people.... she’s incredibly shy) and loud noises. She doesn’t really like fire, but that’s not a huge fear/weakness, she also dislikes seeing/hearing about damage to eyes (it reminds her of when Dardapto entered her eye, it hurt a LOT) She also dislikes nightmares and headaches, because Dardapto likes to give her a lot of both of those things.
Relationships:
Tali’s family doesn’t live in Bridgeport, but she phones home frequently, though she rarely gets to visit. She has a few old friends that she keeps in contact with, these friends are the people she was with the night Dardapto was sealed within her eye, but none of them live in Bridgeport. She doesn't know very many people in Bridgeport, other than a couple of her regular customers and some of the people at the halfway home, but she doesn't even know any of the other halfway home people very well.
Personality:
Tali’s extremely shy, she has trouble talking to people, unless it’s about books. She loves to read and relishes silence, but she gets lonely from time to time. She hasn’t made many friends in Bridgeport, despite knowing about the halfway home.

History:
Tali never really had many friends, no matter where her family moved to she always seemed to have trouble fitting in. When she was in high school, however, her family moved to a new town closer to Bridgeport, it was there that she decided to attempt to make some new friends. After a few awkward attempts at socializing, she finally started to get accepted into a group, and ended up being invited to a small get together at the local beach. Messing with magic ensued, and Tali got a new tenant in her skull. On the plus side she got some friends out of the deal, though part of the reason they stayed so close may have been slight guilt on the part of the kids who thought it would be a great idea to try out a few ‘hokey spells’, regardless, she still keeps in contact with her high school friends.
After graduating from highschool and college and working at a few different jobs, Tali decided to try her hand at running a bookstore. Unfortunately there weren't any suitable buildings for sale in the town she was occupying at the time, so she started looking into real estate in nearby towns, that lead her to purchasing her home/store in Bridgeport (perfect building, affordable price, nice little town if you don't mind the monsters )
Through her various attempts to find some information on how to get Dardapto out of her eye, she learned of Marlene's halfway home. Just going there for the first time nearly gave poor Tali a heart attack - not really so much due to the monsters, as it was due to her fear of socializing! But she did it, and she's glad she did; she still forces herself to go to the house occasionally, which is hard for her as her conversational skills could use a lot of work, but she wants to try to socialize.
Anything Else:
Tali likes books, if she died she’d be reincarnated as a bookworm
Also: Dardapto’s an ass
