She has twice the strength of a fullgrown man and can break a persons arm just by squeezing it. She's quick, agile and can easily jump 7-8 feet. She's a good swimmer and can breathe underwater (she breathes through her skin). She has twelve rows of razor-sharp teeth inside of her round jaw which can shoot out about a foot and is really flexible. It would easily fit around a human's head, just saying. She has an excellent sense of smell and the blue knobs on the sides of her head are heat-sensitive.
Weaknesses:
She has poor eye-sight and hearing. Her skin needs to be kept moist all of the time. She has to drink at least 3 gallons of blood every week.
She's not just a dumb beast, she's calculating and only goes after victims that are defenseless and alone, but since she has lost all of her humanity she can't talk or read or even understand humans.
She's afraid of light and heat - wave a burning log in front of her and she'll probably skulk away and look for some easier prey.

All the traces of the caring, fun-loving woman who Sara once was are now gone. Right and wrong doesn't mean anything to her, if she had to choose between eating a little five-year-old girl or a cold-blooded murderer she'd go for the girl. She has no personality or humanity anymore, she just lives like an animal - she skulk, she hides, she hunts, she feeds. The only link to the person she once was is her heart-shaped golden locket - if she looses it she neither sleeps or eat until she's found it.

Sara was once a normal human. She worked as a librarian, was married, had a little boy named Jake, loved watching chick-lits, was great at cooking lasagna and went to the gym twice a week.
One day she got bitten by a weird leech-like creature. The bite got infected and she went to a doctor, but he couldn't help her. She started to lose weight and got apatethic, and then she started loosing hair. Her husband and all her friends were very worried, of course. On night her husband woke from her screams - she tossed and turned in the bed beside him and he understood that she was in great pain. He ran downstairs to call after an ambulance, but when he hanged up the phone he heard that the screams had stopped. He went up to their bedroom again, but the bed was empty. Sara was never seen again.
