Skills and Abilities: Triple jointed contortionist, basically he can tie himself into knots, dislocate shoulders without pain or ill effects, and bend in ways the human body was never meant to bend in. This also means he can hide in very small places. He is thought of as a silver tongued devil. Sneaky in every sense of the word, this also includes his fighting. Also a very good photographer.
Weaknesses:
Strong and independent women, good German food, the fact that he is a bit of a conspiracy theorist. Even though he's called Rag Doll William can have his bones broken. He is blind without his glasses, and not just "it's a little fuzzy" blind but "Velma crawling on the ground looking for her glasses" blind. He starts to become a bit oblivious to his surroundings when he starts on his rants on anything monster related.

Personality: William oddly enough is a very polite gentleman who is strict on the rules but knows how to have a good time. Though when I mean "strict" I really mean "can find loop holes in literally every law known to man". When "monsters" becomes a topic, he turns into a bit of a consperacy therorist who knows what he's talking about. He is also very displeased of monsters (lesser form of hate), partialy because no one beleves him.

History:William Von Twist's parents were a pair of sideshow freaks. At first he seemed to be normal, but after a few accadents that should have left his body crippled they found out his flexability. By the time he was five he began performing as "Rag Doll" the triple jointed contortionist untill the age of twenty. By then he was recruited as a secret agent for the Secret Service untill he was fired at the age of thirty five for using his power to prove the exsistance of monsters, or what he calls "severe anomalies in the human race". Now, he is a prosecutor who unfortunatly found out about Bridgeport and is trying to prove the exsisance of monsters in court cases.
