"You don't like pictures" Twist said, 'accidentally' taking a picture of Aburn with the really bright 'ability to blind people within a hundred yards' flash on.
"Well, that's what I thought originally, and from your subtle body language you thought you were guilty too" he said to Laurie, "though I do remember your little friend Library Paste slipping you out of that predicament though." Twist then bent his body to the side adding, "and I'm here to photograph some "light diffraction abnormalities".

Aburn's eye twitched and he taped his shovel on his shoulder and growled" your very noisy and i wont have you shaping that damn thing all night long you got that" Aburn warned him. Aburn hated bright light and that flash really did hurt his eyes.

The flash left Laurie slightly disoriented, but she recovered quickly enough to give Twist a piece of her mind.
“Yeah? Well, I’m not, and you know that now, and for the record- you’re standing right on him, so will you PLEASE go away! And cut that out!” Laurie growled, reaching for Twist’s camera. “You shouldn’t be snooping around here in the first place - and this guy already told you to stop! CLEAR OFF and let me do my thing, all right?”

Twist, for the first time in a long time, looked fairly surprised.
"What?" he said looking down at the grave and almost jumping off, "I was wondering why you were wondering around here, and for the record, I thought your boyfriend was buried with his parents quite a ways from here. Though I'm sorry." He then pulled his camera away from her saying, "and I don't think you would be able to afford braking such a precise piece of equipment."

Aburn swung his shovel and threw it aside the heavy shovel made a loud thud and he cracked his knuckles as a warning. Aburn smirked and looked at twist with his piercing eyes and crossed his arms the shadows seem to move again but they seem to move around twist." ad least you did one thing i asked if your gonna walk walk off the graves you wouldn't want one suddenly popping up and biting you". Aburn smirked it was hard to tell if he was being serious or joking either way it was creepy.

Twist gave a sigh saying "please, I've almost gotten bitten by a particular wolf, had the accidental hand in extinguishing a vampire, and some other things that I really wish I got a picture of. I've been through a lot." Twist then looked down at the pail kid once more, "not to mention I can make you kiss your own butt physically AND on paper. So, if you want me to be polite I suggest you start being polite yourself."

Aburn laughed at him and tilted his head" your on my turf old man.....besides......you cant do anything to me besides your the one causing trouble so stop causing yourself so much trouble and shut up". Aburn was just annoyed now he hated it when people talked to him as if he was a child he may look it but he was thousands of times older then the man before him and he looked aside" tsk....how annoying..." Aburn growled and glared at him he angry was starting to fester he really hated people.

Laurie took deep breaths – at least Twist backed off in that respect. “Thank you,” she managed to say.
His rudeness to the graveyard man, however still needed to be dealt with, and she was about to step in between them – she could definitely tell neither was going to back down, when shadows began to flow past her like strange skeins of silk. She jerked back, alarmed – this suddenly became way out of her league – and watched as they started to prowl around Twist.
Wow. This went from a confrontation to a macho-man contest pretty quickly, she noticed – and that was enough to work her up again. But suddenly she realized that she had no idea who this graveyard man was, or what he could do to Twist. She knew when to back off, but she was still curious - “Hey grave-keeper? What’s going on?”

Aburn looked at her and tilted his head" whats going on?" he said half because he was to lazy to explain and he didn't understand. The shadows seem to disappear as aburn's attention was put else where

"Aww blastit" Twist said when he wasn't able to get a picture of the shadows whirling around again, "just my luck, a second too late." Though he quickly turned off the flash because at this distance it could actually blind someone. This could have been considered an act of kindness, but in reality he didn't want to get sued for blinding someone with his flash... again.

Laurie couldn’t believe this. Were these guys TRYING to out-jackass each other?
Even though, if she did pick sides, she’d probably side with the guy who hadn’t hurt her so far – that one being the graveyard man. Not that she would.
She stepped off to the side and remarked idly “Well, what now, guys?” feeling pretty sure that they’d probably be too busy taunting each other to notice or care. Meanwhile she looked around, feelings of anger replaced by annoyance, and a little bit of curiosity regarding that graveyard fellow. She examined the cross he had been sitting on, scanning and smelling for clues, and vaguely paying attention to what the boys were doing. Part of her wanted to walk away and let them duke it out – maybe let Twist get his just desserts, but part of her wanted to hang around and see what happened. Besides, she had kind of egged them on.
Responsibility, you know?

"Well, it looks like there's not going to be any paranormal activity around here... well, until I leave obviously" Twist said adding the last part to his dismay. He scratched his head, usually an educated man like himself doesn't find himself in such stale predicaments, mostly because it's never stale when everyone else is drunk.
"Wanna go for a Tuna Croquette?" he asked Laurie, not sure if it was a good idea.

Laurie was feeling pretty defeated. She just wanted to visit Eric, reminisce, and all of that, without having two overgrown twelve-year-olds trying to cheese each other off and running around her. But she was also pretty hungry, and Twist didn’t seem to be threatening at the moment. It was admittedly a tempting offer.
She let out a long sigh, rubbing her face and running her hands through her hair.
“Okay. Tonight’s been pretty ridiculous, and we’ve all kind of acted pretty badly. So how about we all stop right now and forget this happened, and each go do whatever it is all of you do at night.” She took a deep breath. “I am pretty hungry, Twist. I’ll guess I’ll go with – on one condition: don’t bring up anything that has to do with last year’s case, okay? And let's not make this a habit.”
After some hesitation, she turned to the graveyard man – some sort of fox, she managed to deduce from her snooping – and asked:
“Uhh, hey. Sir – I didn’t catch your name, by the way – I know we all got off on the wrong foot, but…you want to come with? It…could be interesting? ”

Aburn tilted his head and smirked" my name is aburn......sure as long as its interesting....". Shoving the shovel into the ground and slapped his hands together to get any dirt off and walked to her.
