Phil was angry. That, in itself, was not very unusual, but this day he was unusually angry. It was a very overcast evening; the clouds were dark gray and the air felt slightly damp, like it usually feels like when it's building up toward a downpour. The docks were almost empty; the only living creatures was a few seagulls, a stray cat and an old man who collected cans. Phil looked at his mobile phone. 8.29 pm and six missed calls. His dad would be furious, but Phil let the phone slip back into his pocket again. Let the old man worry. It had been a totally worthless day and Phil felt like screaming. Actually, why not? He picked up a half brick and threw it away as far as he could while he screamed something like "Aaaaargh!". It splashed into the sea with a satisfactory pluntsch! It felt a little better afterwards, but not much. The old man gave him a startled look and pushed his rusty shopping trolley around a corner, muttering.

Hailey was just idly swimming past the day hadn't gone as she planed it was two wet and damp outside the water that even if she tried to go out she would changing into her true form which frustrated her seeing that she spent most of her time around the docks and deeper water that she failed to notice the angry teenager throw a brick into the sea but she did notice it hit her side and she let out a yelp that in which sounded like a whale under water

((I don't want to be nagging, but could you please use some punctuations? Its hard to read when it's in one single sentence.))
Phil noticed av weird sound from the water and turned his attention toward the water surface, but the only thing he could see was the increasing rings on the water where the brick had subsided. Well, it was probably nothing. He walked out on one of the wooden piers. At the end of pier he sat down. His feet were dangling right about a meter over the dark grey water and he gazed out over the sea. The smell of murky water and rotten drifting-wood was strangely soothing.

(( oh I'm really sorry^^,))
Hailey twisted around slightly and grabbed the rock and looked it over then looked at the surface of the water. Grabbing it she turned and looked at her side to make sure not serious damage was done to her, sighing she dove down slightly her back of her long tail broke the surface of the water and it was easy to see her. Deeper in the water she swam toward the dock to see who or what threw that rock at her.

((Thanks!^^)) Suddenly something broke through the surface and caught his attention. It was only visible for a second or two and he wasn't really sure of what it had been, but it had looked grey... and big. He rubbed his eyes and looked again, but the only thing that was visible was ripples on the water. "What the hell...?" Now he remembered the weird sound he had heard before. An uneasy feeling started to grow in his stomach, but he realized that he was acting ridiculous. It was probably just a seal or a big fish or something, nothing to get excited about. He could have left it there, but next to him on the wooden pier lay a pile of stones. It was probably some kid who had built a small pyramid of rocks. He lifted a rock, big as his two fists, and weighed it in his hand. Without any reason and without actually thinking about it, he threw it in the water. It was heavier than the brick and he wasn't able to throw it so far, and it made an even bigger splash. "...Stupid seal."

Hailey slithers under his feet and looked at the rock he threw slowly float down to the bottom the sea. Looking up at the boy and she hear him speak,"...stupid seal" she huffed and griped the rock in her hands." A SEAL! how rude..." she thought to her self. Under the pair she poked her head out from the water and looked at him, well his feet any way and she took a deep breath she wanted to speak to him just fear swelled in her stomach and made her bit back her words.

Phil looked out over the water, trying to get a glimpse of the seal again. But then he told himself that he didn't care, it was nothing to get excited about anyway. And the seal had almost made him forget how angry he was, so now he had to remember what had made him so angry in the first place so that he could continue being angsty. He looked down at his dangling feet, and down in the water he could se his own reflection. But it didn't really look like his reflection, unless his appearance had magically changed somehow since the last time he saw himself in a mirror. The face was greyish, had fins instead of ears, blue hair and large, blue eyes. He stared dumbly at it for a couple of seconds and then his jaw dropped when he realized that this couldn't be possible. He opened his mouth to scream but his voice was abnormally calm when he said: "Oh no. No. No. No way." A part of him told him to run for it, but he was pinned to the pier and couldn't do anything except keep looking at the thing in the water.

Hailey panicked slightly and looked down eyes wide and she had difficulty focusing, then she closing her eyes tightly and moved out from under that Pier and looked at him. Shivering not from the cold but from the Adrenalin she griped the rock and set it on the pair." its not nice to throw rocks at people..." she said in a small voice she had a slightly British accent.

His heart had started to thump madly in his chest, and he kept staring at the... whatever it was... when it lifted up a stone and put it on the pier next to him. Then it talked to him. It took a while for him to understand that it was talk, but it wasn't because it talked in a strange way or something (eccept the british accent) he had just not expected it to talk, since scaly things that came out of the water usually was a bit on the quiet side. But this thing did talk, and now he saw that it wasn't just an 'it'. It was a 'she'. Suddenly his paralysis broke and he started up on his feet. Now when he wasn't in shock anymore the mold started to grow with an excedingly rate. The wooden pier suddenly got covered with a greenish pelt, first it was thin but the mold grew thicker and thicker. The air was heavy with spores. "Gettawayfrommee!!"

Hailey shivered slightly and backed off away she started to cough slightly and shiver she didn't feel good. Hugged her self and she winched when he yelled at her she turned and dove back into that water.

The fish-woman, or mermaid, or whatever it was, turned around and disappeared under the surface. Phil was too afraid to feel relieved and the mold was still growing; now it almost completely covered the wooden pier. He took a step backwards but unfortunately slipped since the damp, moldy wood was as slippery as a banana peel. He gave up a short shriek that was abruptly ended when his head banged into the pier. When he lost conscious the mold stopped growing, and he landed in the water with a heavy splash that put a shame to the earlier things he had thrown in. And then he started to sink. ((The drama! :O ))

(( gotta love it^^)) Hailey held her throat and tried to calm her self she was scared she was surprised of what he would do,she was afraid of him. Sighing she looked at the surface then she noticed something sinking, squinting her eyes she moved to get a better look.Sharks where circleing the peirs slightly, she noticed it was the boy she almost felt her heart stop she wasted not time in swiming over to him.

((Oh yeah! XD))
Phil was sinking slow and sure towards the bottom. Say what you want against baggy jeans but they sure get heavy when filled with water. His eyes were closed and a little stream of bubbles escaped from his nose and mouth, actually he looked abnormally calm for being Phil. He wasn't a very good swimmer, but then again: things like that hardly mattered since he was unconscious.

Hailey grabbed him gently and cradled him in her arms and she darted for the surface. With a huge space she bust out of the water and looked at him to check him over" come on kid...." she whispered and she swam to shore, keeping his head above the water so he could breath.

Phil slowly regained consciousness. He'd rather not, since it had been quite comfortable being unconscious and he now had to face reality once again. The first thing he became aware of was a growing pain in the back of his head - it throbbed and felt like someone had bludgeoned him with a baseball bat. The next thing he became aware of was the air, and suddenly he drew a gasping breath. This was the start of a coughing seizure which lasted for a while. When he had finished coughing he just hung from Hailey's arms, completely limp. His head hurt too much and he was too weary to worry about anything else than to keep breathing.
