Cursed-- She is human, however, she was cursed by a demon/devil which gives her blood the power to bring paintings/creatures of her imagination to life. She cannot control them. They are generally made of paint/ink and her blood and survive by pulling blood out of other creatures. Not difficult to destroy, as long as a person avoids being consumed by them.

Abilities-- She can, as stated above, bring her paintings to life. Angeline is a shy but talented artist interested in the grotesque, the surreal, and the shocking. She enjoys painting Lovecraft-inspired horrors, distorted realities, corpses, and just general monsters. She uses black ink, generally, though occasionally dabbles in other kinds of paints. She rarely uses colour except for school assignments. Most of her personal paintings are with black/neutrals. Other than painting/sketching (she likes charcoal, too) she has no notable talents.
Weaknesses:
She gets a tad queasy at the sight of blood, and while not easily scared by what she paints, is terrified of what she can bring to life and what might happen to her if anyone ever finds out.
Edit Jan/10: her creations can be destroyed by drying up or by being too diluted to keep form (with water or in the case of oil paint, some sort of paint-thinner). Angel normally tries to ram through them with her truck, where the engine dries enough of the monster to keep it from forming back together. Monsters made with oil-based mediums are much harder to dilute. They survive by sapping blood from other living things (to stay hydrated and energized).
Relationships:
She has a handful of semi-close friends, though none of whom she confides very much in. She's very solitary. Angel lives with her younger sister and both of her parents. They don't fight much, but they don't get along either. Collaborated once with a mostly-online friend, Aldo, for a new media project.
Zelia Christakos: a girl who moved to Bridgeport whom she has become friends with.
Malcolm: a close friend and her horror BFF. Another vampire whom she helps supply (Angelisnotadrugdealer). In facebook terms, now considered "it's complicated" after a bar brawl between Malcolm and her ex, Telfer.
Telfer: now ex-boyfriend who had been using her, because she offsets his curse. She's afraid of him.
Personality:
Angeline is very quiet, and very shy. She likes to do things herself and almost never asks for help, unless in serious trouble. She is absolutely terrible with confrontation and has very weak confidence - so she usually buries all of her hurts and frustrations until she can't anymore. Her face, generally speaking, is is blank and she is not very expressive at all, except for when she's scared or worried. She's very much a wallflower, preferring to dress in neutrals. When not being artsy or sleeping, she likes to drive around and see what's around Bridgeport without going too far from the city limits.
Appearance:
Hair is naturally dirty-blonde/brown, and her eyes are blue. She is tiny and not very intimidating (except inside her truck, I suppose, which is always a bit of a climb to get into). She has a single labret piercing in her lip, an anti-eyebrow on her left cheek, and a tattoo-mark from her curse on her right wrist. She has a cat and her own kitten, which she blames all the scars and scratches on her hands and wrists on. Dresses in neutral clothing, as explained above, and has a wide assortment of flats and boots, none of which are very high in the heel. She likes stretchy jersey-material the best for her clothes.

History:
Angel's life is not particularly exciting. She's lived in Bridgeport nearly all her life. She was very young (her sister wasn't even born yet) when they moved to Bridgeport, so she doesn't remember much of anything before it. Her father manages one of the businesses down by the harbour and her mother is photographer who works primarily for the local paper. Her mother is from western Russia, and her father is American with Russian ancestry. Angel's sister, Liliya (16) is an aspiring ballet dancer, who loves to be the center of attention. The two of them don't get along very well.
Angeline went to a public high school in Bridgeport and is now attending her first year at the college, toward a fine arts degree.
In the spring, before graduating high school, she was finally fed up with being picked on and harrassed by family members and classmates and angrily wished one night while painting that she could get them all back. That night her wish was granted by a devil, who cursed her blood and her hands. As a result, her right wrist has a tribal looking tattoo-mark. If she gets blood in her paint, she can bring monsters to life...monsters that sometimes attack randomly, and sometimes pin-point the focus of her frustration. Either way, she can't control creations that she brings to life, though they're generally easy enough to stop. With her truck.
At times, too, when she's not expecting it, her hands will act on their own and create something - usually when she's extremely stressed or upset.
Her parents were pissed when they found out she got her labret piercing at fourteen. They were absolutely livid when they saw the tattoo-mark on her wrist and she had to pretend she went and got a tattoo in the next city over, with some friends.
